Is this the Genesis edition? I am confused.

I was interested in that previous book but couldn't somehow pull the trigger. No doubt in my mind that he is the heir to George Martin, the UK's own Quincy Jones, and anybody who does not buy this is a dummy....but yet I can't quite get there. What's that all about?
