Sounds like you accidentally purchased the unsigned version.  Can you post the rude messages so we can see their customer service

Well I got two from the owner/customer service while I was having minor surgery this morning. The second was four questions marks because I didn't respond fast enough to his liking. Use them if you like but at 25 bucks for delivery and 25 bucks to return you better make sure it goes ok.
