Beatles autograph full set

Hi I am posting this photo of a set that I consider to be authentic, I also say that I am definitely a beginner in this area compared to your many experts. These signatures also come with a COA from Frank Caiazzo which is a great confirmation if authentic?. The seller has a big Beatles collection and says they were obtained in mid 1963. As they are expensive I am just keen to have your valued opinion,

If the COA from Frank is genuine you can be 99.9% sure that the autographs are too, and even if they aren't they can easily be sold on for a good price with that COA. Personally, the condition would put me off buying them if they expensive. Mainly because of the tape but also because of the rather strange-looking ink and the way that George looks like a bit of an after-thought.
