From The Beatles era to about 1992...Ringo signed his full name and and drew a "star"...From 1992 to 1999...Ringo stopped signing his full name...he would sign "Ringo" and draw a star....from 2000 to 2008 Ringo stopped using the "star" symbol...and just signed "Ringo". On October 20,2008....Ringo stopped signing autographs altogether.
