can someone please give me some information on this
Frank is blowing up big.a 100 watch he gave to le3s paul just sold for $25,000=yes 25000
Is that the connection between two music icons or because of Frankie?
a COMBO FOR SURE, but the reality is no one will know les paul in 30 years. Frank will be well known 100 years from now,
peter
assuming of course it is authentic and not secretarial, I would guess at app. 800 dollars.
ya its authenticated by psa and is his 1940's auto. i got it for $500
Some will know les paul like some know great but minor poets of the 19th century. Frank on the other hand was one of the few to become great prior to elvis. Plus, few people at the time were more of a promoter of black artists, bgetting them into clubs were they couldn't perform before.
Yeah, few people in music have had the clout of Frank during his time (today? mcCarney an =d a few others). What he do with it? Welcomed blacks into western music culture. This led to one of the greatest musical revolutions in history?
btw-not alone, but it took the clout of frank to get sammie and many other onto the public stage
so for a signed album page what would you guess the value at?
It's a nice item at $500 definitely. Value depends on a lot of things. I'd peg $500 at the low end for it when it comes with PSA authentication and is a pretty choice signature.
Joey,
You're buying and selling a lot now, so it's time to get your go-to sites lined up so you can get the pricing information you need quickly.
RRAuction.com and HA.com have extensive past auction price and image databases available to registered bidders that should be in the arsenal of every buyer and seller of autographs. As far as I know, there's no credit check involved unless you bid. When it comes to vintage entertainment pricing like Sinatra, R&R is the place to go. They sell lots of it and get market prices overall.
Legendary, Christie's, Sotheby's and other auction houses have past auction prices with images available to the public with no registration required.
