Is this Springsteen real or fake?

Dear all

This Springsteen is up for sale at the Swedish Tradera (part of E-bay). The seller clam that he got the signature this weekend in Gothenburg where Bruce and the band played this weekend.

Can anybody comment in this one, I think that it looks a bit strange?

IMO This is not authentic. Here is a Bruce Springsteen autograph that I just picked up for your comparison.

I have send a message to the seller asking where in Gothenburg he obtained the autograph (no answer yet). Since I stayed in the same hotel as Bruce and the band. Bruce was surounded by security and was very difficult to get close to. He took a trip to the gym and did sign some stuff after his work out. Then it was very few autographs outside the hotel. So I also belive that this one is a fake and needed some more opinions before I asked the seller more questions.

Ulf, I agree with J on the Springsteen. I'd avoid it, not matter what story the seller gives you. Tradera is chock full of forgeries—much worse than eBay US. Stay away from this Lennon, too:http://www.tradera.com/-the-beatles-john-lennon-akta-autograf-med-i...

Several fake Madonnas and Michael Jacksons were among the suggested lots at the bottom of the listings, too. I didn't dig in, but Tradera is a mess.

Steve thanks for your input. I totally agree and I can not understand why e-bay don't do anything about all the fakes that are around at Tradera. I don't fully understand the set up of the ownership of Tradera. Although it's a e-bay company. So the rules and monitoring of fakes should be the same in all e-bay branches. It's also stated in the terms and conditions at Tradera that it's aganst the law in Sweden to sell a fake autograph as genuine.

I will just wait for the seller to come back with his story ( I'm sure a very intresting story) before I send a note to Tradera to have it removed.

I think the seller is right when he said that the autograph is signed within the last 24 hours. I have seen one autograph that Bruce signed in Gothenburg, but that one didn't look like this one. So I give it the thumb down.
