Paid for the PSA quick peek and it came back "Likely not authentic" but they don't say why they think that.

Steve, Here are a couple photo's of in person signed footballs by Bart Starr and Roger Staubauch. Hopfully they will help you out.

Thanks for the photo's. The Bart Starr ball is exactly like my ball, different than my helmet (mine is bad). Your Staubach ball is a little different than mine, I'm pretty sure mine is no good. I wish more people would join in the discussion.

I contacted Gridiron via email and sent them a link to this post for them to respond to but nothing has been said by them as of yet and I doubt they will have anything to say. They are selling 100% fake signatures to buyers daily and they wont risk that by entering into this conversation.

Here are some more

Those Barry Sanders are Horrible, the worst I've ever seen. Are the Sanders also Gridiron?

All are from Gridiron.

This is my Swartz authenticated Barry Sanders signed football for comparison.

How does my Sanders football compare to the one you listed here?

It looks a little different to me but I would say the ball looks closer than the helmet.  My ball was not obtained in person but it has a Swartz COA and it is well known that Sanders had an exclusive deal with them.  I am no Sanders expert though.

I agree, the ball looks much closer than the helmet. Once I know that there are fake items from a particular seller, I cannot keep any item from them, no matter how close the signature may be. I have no trust in them.
I contacted Schwartz about the Samders signed items since they have the contract with him. They said that the Danders signed ball and helmet were both fake.

Steve, That just confirms what has been said here for a while now. However for some reason Gridiron is still selling this crap by the thousands and the buyers keep on buying this crap based on 15 year old "proof" photo's.

If I were you I would go after Gridiron for a refund, If they give you a hard time then file a charge back with your credit card company..
