On December 2, Julien's Auctions is selling The Collection of Tompkins and Bush. The collection contains 465 lots of Michael Jackson memorabilia, 287 of them autographed.

Michael Bush and the late Dennis Tompkins were Michael Jackson's costume designers for 25 years, during Jackson's most successful period. They were the consignors of the signed Thriller jacket that Julien's sold for $1,800,000 in June 2011.

Almost all of the autographs in the Tompkins and Bush sale are a variation I'm not familiar with. I've only been looking at Jackson's autograph for a few years, though, and we have members here who have collected him for decades, so I'd appreciate your input and exemplars.

If you know Michael Jackson's autograph well, please look at a few images below from the auction and let me know what you think. Even better, browse the auction and upload any similar examples you have: http://www.julienslive.com/view-auctions/catalog/id/77/

Julien's is the world's premier auction house for Michael Jackson memorabilia, so they would know his autograph better than most of us. I'm just surprised I haven't seen this style before.

Thanks for your help.

Carl,

You arent the only one. It really took me awhile to see it also. I had suspicions. But until I started putting sold items together inan album, I started to see some things and Darrens own E mails to me had a lot of double talk so I know what I believe but will reserve my judgement.

Thank you for writing this Wendy, it's very well written.

I do wonder what is going on behind the scenes we don't know about (ie FBI invest., Bravado's investigation, etc.)  It would be wonderful to know that the process is happening.

Can anybody tell us, if they know, what is in process at this time??  Is the I-team going to do a follow up story?   Is there a reason they didn't mention the standee?

Thank you sis.  Those are very good questions.  I'm hoping things are progressing under the radar..

Wendy Christine,

Wonderful research and perfectly clear descriptions exposing Darren Julien's part in the fraud.  You are a true fighter for justice for Michael Jackson.  Keep supporting this belief!

Thank you Geraldine Rose <3

For me it has always been about not abiding injustice in this world of any kind.  I found my way into this fight for Justice for Michael Jackson and for anyone else wronged along the way..  Continuing to research and present the facts.

Thank you honey, wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas, sorry still out of town, will be back Wednesday,  Lots of Love

Yet again a few REAL Michael Jackson 11x14 autographs. TAKE NOTES MICHAEL BUSH LMAO

Here is my autographed pickguard. He signed this is May 2009 so about a month before he passed away. It is PSA verified, but I also did a quick analysis with Mr. Roger. I also have posted on here a few times so I am confident in this autograph.

I like the pickguard and would love to have something like that.

hey everyone,

I was contacted on twitter by a fan who has seen me tweeting about all this.  this is the twitter conversation

 Fan :no-one's signature is identical each time they write it. The standee is a problem worthy of an answer tho. Despite the doubts of some I will not be asking for my money back on the two autographed items I won.

Me :can I ask which items you won? That is your right to ask for a refund or not but you should be aware that if you in the future wish to sell these items, the providence may be tainted, that by being part of this auction pple will be reluctant to buy them. providence is what is important to collectors & buyers, what makes the difference & unfortunatly now your is tainted

Fan : thanx for yr concern. My items are lots 874 magazine and 947 ghosts box set. I am not interested in reselling.  l am not inclined to distrust MLB (I have met him) but of course am curious given all the controversy. I worry about negativity.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
so I first went and had a look at MY Ghosts Box Set. As I thought, MB is not listed in the credits. I then did a search, Juliens sold the Ghosts costumes LOT 948  clearly stating A group of costumes designed by Warden Neil, worn in Michael Jackson's short film Ghosts
So why was a Ghosts Box Set signed to Bush LOT 947 in the auction, when Bush had nothing to do with GHOSTS????
Also this is the other item this person bought LOT 847 A Bravo Magazine signed Love Michael Jackson
Moon, the auction was called "Collection of Tompkins and Bush." so its not necessarily their designs, but what they have supposedly collected. Thank you
