I decided to stroll through ebay and look at some autograph certified by the new Global Authentication.  I don't know of any one single autograph collector that actually looks as a Global COA as worth anything.  As a matter of fact, if I am looking at a higher end piece with a Global COA I double study it because I question the fact of why the seller would send it to Global instead of a real authenticator.

Here are a few forgeries with a Global COA.  I know Steve Sipe is a member on this board and if this post gets me kicked off of here, than so be it.  I am just about sick and tired of Global aiding these criminal forgers by giving them a pretty sicker and cert. to go along with their forgery.   If you guys want to be treated like real authenticators, how about act like it.

Forger #1 ( listed on ebay for nearly 1000 dollars )  Make no mistake.  This is a forgery.

What is even more confusing about this particular situation is you also authenticated this REAL TOM BRADY JERSEY BELOW.  How can you authenticate the real autograph shown below and also say this obvious forgery is real?

Agreed.  The damage is done in my opinion.  Chalk it up to lesson learned. If he didn't even take the time to actually read what I had to write, there is no reason to contact him.  Phone time is precious over here and I'd rather use it talking to my family.

I have walked in your shoes Aaron. I just retired from the Army after 25 years. I appreciate all you do. A lot more important things for you to worry about then the faulty authentication of an autographed football.

A real shame from those making bank with little skills and even less care of who they ripping off. Horrible authenticators are as bad as the sellers of this crap if you ask me.

Again Rick you took the words out of my mouth. The only think i would add is that Aaron would then probably be given several links he should "check out". And where would those links come from???? None other than the 2 biggest autograph slander sites on the net, lol

Thank you.

That's the Ohio Forgery ring brought up many many times before on this site.. Request a refund..

Steve Sipe - You seem to be following this thread, yet have not addressed the two Mariano Riveras I posted. These signature styles appear with great frequency with GAI certification. Do you believe they are authentic? If not, can you get them removed from ebay?

Zipper,

One thing to note about the red hat Rivera is that the label is not even a real label and is a complete bootleg item that I am sure many of the members on here have identified that are being produced of not only GAI but also PSA and JSA as well. That is the reason PSA had to go to the hologram on their certs as well as items. This will be taken care of shortly.

Thanks,

Steve

Steve, why would someone use a fake Global COA if they have access to fake JSA or PSA COA's?  It is a well known fact that PSA and JSA authenticated items sell for 10 times what a Global authenticated item sells for.   I'll tell you what I think.  I think you can't take responsibility for all of the fogeries you and your "vast" staff stickered.

Also, what about the jersey?  What about that garbage P.O.S. jersey.

Yes it will be taken care of shortly, the enormous staff will receive a harsh scolding.

Ha Carl, The "enormous" staff of one..

There is no way there is time to authenticate autographs because they are too busy trying to clean up the mess on the crap they already authenticated. So what happens now Steve you contact the one you authenticated this crap for and give them the money back that you took to sticker this crap? or Issue them a credit for the next time they submit the same crap??

I'd like to know this "vast" staff over there at Global Authentics. There are no "authenticators" listed on their website. Also curious why they don't show up at the National in the past 3-4 years? Figured if they are this big company then they would want to capitalize on making money. As a matter of fact Global doesn't do any shows except the Hollywood collectibles show. (Scratching head over this one)

Aaron,

I am sorry about the mistake on the jersey since Charles had originally posted his rant about some jerseys and when I read Andrew Luck I made the mistake and jumped right into having you call me I apologize. It is awesome that you have met some really great guys who love to hate instead of contacting me directly and helping the matter.

No matter what is said and joked about with regard to the staff, I cannot be in all places at once and should a mistake happen I have always made the effort to try and fix the matter. No one person can look at every autograph that is done and just as with other industries humans can and do make mistakes.  Consider this the absolute last time that I come onto this board as there is no end to the trash talking on here no matter what the heck you do.

Take care and thank you for your service to our country.

Steve
