I certainly have not seen one like that, and even when comparing to the 1951 exemplars provided in the PSA link in William's post, I don't see too many similarities. 

I have not studied early 1950 Mick sigs extensively, so I am not sure. Also weird how is name is spelled wrong on the tag.

Looks like an old PSA/DNA sticker. I'd be surprised if this got certed today.

here is a 51 signed Yankees ball with a Mickey Mantle sig.  it says its jsa but I cant see a cert.
