Hi Everyone

New to the forum here.  Been collecting autographed items in person and through sellers for years.  Need an opinion on this one.  I saw it in on EBay and it is something I always wanted.  I just do not know if it is real.  Seller says I can get it authenticated and if it is not real to ask for a refund through ebay by opening a claim.  Hoping someone has some good advice.

Thanks Again for the time

I don't think it is authentic. The other signed posters that the seller have on Ebay are all questionable.

Why won't the seller simply refund your money if you immediately send it to PSA and it does not pass?  Why would they want to bother you with opening a claim through eBay?  I would stay away from it based on that alone.

That's what I was about to say.  That is a particularly strange response from the seller.

Because you only have 45 days to open a claim from the confirmed delivery date. After 45 days, you have to trust the seller's word and that is it.

Most likely, he is hoping you would take a few weeks before you send it in. When you send something to PSA, it can take a very long time if you do not chose the express authentication for an extra $50.

Stay far away.

This was actually his full response.  But all of you are making valid points which I pretty much felt already.  Just needed to hear it.

I don't know those signatures, but the other posters he's selling are obvious forgeries.

I just took a look at the seller's items and I am very concerned about them to say the least.

Newman's is definitely not authentic. I'm not familiar with Redford's. I've looked at his other items and again the autographs that I am familiar with aren't real.

I agree, the Newman is way off.

$145 buy now for something signed by both Redford and Newman, that should be a clue. Redford normally goes for over $200 alone so if genuine this would be a lot more than $109 or $145.

Add to the fact that both signatures are forgeries and this is one to avoid.

Besides what every one else mention, What would throw a red flag for me is the locations of the signatures. All that white around each person, and they signed it over heavily printed area and then half of it is in Redfords arm. Seems like the are trying to mask some thing. Almost every single poster of his are like that. Plenty places to sign but yet every signature is in the worst spot possible.

Post the link to PSA for a "Quick Opinion" which is fairly inexpensive and fast, and will certainly support what you've been told here. Once you have the quick opinion, send that along to the seller, or if you open a claim with ebay be prepared to provide it.
