seller added the following info:

This is a fully signed lp of Van Halen signed by Dave ,Eddie and Alex in 2008
Michael signed in 2009 on tour with Chickenfoot .

The rest of his signed inventory are all fakes. Did you look at his Scorpions album?

I would not touch anything from this seller. At least not his signed stuff.

yes, I have seen that Scorpions Album, too. BUT - they are looking very Close! I have so many original Scorpions signed Albums, met them so often..... and if it is a fake, it has been done very well - hey, let me check with Herman Rarebell....! Will post his answer on that Scoprions asap! :-)
