How does Drew Max call himself a FDE (Forensic Document Examiner)?

This is one ugly Babe Ruth cut autograph. Ugly meaning forgery.

This Babe Ruth forgery is listed by Ebay seller Irblack.

Fortunately, his starting bid won't realize one bid on his Babe Ruth forgery.

Drew Max "authenticated (cough, cough)" this Babe Ruth forgery in July 2012.

Notice no picture of it has been posted? I'd bet it is just like every other AAU piece out there. Just another forgery.

Depends on who the signature is from. Where did you buy the rare WWII item? Curious because you never stated what it is or how you obtained it.

I haven't posted pic as I was out of town and just getting back to this discussion. You misunderstood ... I found this in a trunk from my late aunt. I sent it to AAU for authentication which Drew Max did authenticate the 3 signatures.

I'm just wondering if PSA is the best place to get a 2nd COA (or REPLACEMENT COA as I don't want to rely on just AAU) ... would James Spence be better? I know PSA does everything but Spence seems to have more military/historical experience.

If not one of those, to whom do you guys recommend I send it to? and IF I can figure a way to post the pic (and find the only digital photo I have), I will do it soonest.

Thanks much for all your help. I'm a novice out here ... just have a very cool item.
