Seller walts-collection on eBay = fake autographs!!!

This seller list lots of "big name" autographs every two weeks on eBay. He/she always have them listed only 3 days, as private auctions with a very low starting bid and never any info about when/where signed. And because he/she ships fast and package well, the feeback is 100%...

I´m pretty sure I have seen exactly these type of listings (photos, item-descriptions) before, so I think this seller have been active with many different alias.

This week he/she has, to name a few:

- Springsteen x 2

- fully signed U2 and Metallica

- Mick Jagger

- Tiger Woods

- Muhammad Ali & Joe Frazier

- Paul Newman

- Eric Clapton

- Apollo 11

- Madonna

This forger has sold for $4100 over the last 15 days!! And by using different accounts/alias I´m sure he/she has done this for a long time...

How do we stop this thief? I´m no expert so I don´t know how to "convince" eBay. Pretty sure they will not give a rat´s-ass for my personal opinion!!!
