Horrible forgery, and blatant lie by eBay scammer 925Wesley who says "MICKEY PERSONALLY SIGNED THIS BEAUTIFUL PHOTO FOR ME IN 1990 AT A HUGE CARD SHOW" yeah right. 

Of course, eBay does NOTHING about these forgery sellers. I report this crap all day and hardly anything at all is getting pulled. Amazing.
