Here's the Madonna I got today. I think it looks pretty good. Opinions?

Darryl,

I'll leave the autheticity for members that know Madonna's autograph better, but that's not a regular LOA from JSA. It's a JSA auction LOA issued to Coach's Corner Sports Auctions for a lot of 10 signed photos. Coach's Corner is one of the most disreputable auction houses in the U.S....and believe me, they have lots of competition.

I would avoid anything that comes from Coach's Corner like the plague. I'm sorry to have to be so blunt.

This is a lot different than the one you put up originally. This does not look good for me, my friend.
Omg, you right. It's a completely different autograph
Yes- they are completely different. That alone will get your refund under ebay's buyer protection.
Like really? I just don't understand why ppl do this. Do you think the one in the eBay ad was legit? I sent the letter to JSA for verification. Even if the letter is good, it means very little now. I have emailed the eBay seller with pictures of both and asked for an explanation. If I don't hear from him, I'll go through eBay or PayPal. I was excited about this too :(.

I'd get my money back and steer clear. That's a fast one if ever there were one.

Good thing you posted this and these sharp guys picked this right up. There is no end to these crooks!

I am assuming this is the ebay seller in question

babs-jsa-sales

Been watching them for a few weeks. They have an endless supply of auction house letters as well as an endless supply of Madonna signed items.

In most cases they hide the auction house letter behind the item.

I'm not a Madonna expert nor did I spend a lot of time with the signatures. I trust my eyes and if items look odd at first glance its usually a waste of my time to try and prove them authentic. There are a lot of questionable items listed.

@Darryl Davis:

Did you happen to look at the watermark on the JSA Auction House letter? It should have their special watermark which includes Spence's signature.

And not to be as ass but who would buy any item with an auction house letter? Any unscrupulous seller can make copies of those and/or put any signed item with the letter real or fake.

This seller should be reported to ebay and maybe have JSA help with this.

That Babs JSA Sales is a seller who has a crapton of BAD Madonna autographs. NONE real
