This is an example that I own and wanted you guys opinion on this one. The paper has proper fading/ wear for the time period. The signature flows nicely in person and was signed with speed!

I'm not even so sure about some of the psa jsa cobains out there......
They make plenty of mistakes for sure. I think they're certainly more often correct than the average collector for sure, but they've even authenticated laser printed signatures. The main benefit is items trade as legit with their cert. But I've known people who have had in-person autographs rejected by them. And Hauls of Shame claims they've cert'd their fair share of forgeries as well. But the hobby needs a good referee, and they still serve a purpose.
Right you are! I'd rather have a psa encapsuled than nothing at all for sure!

The problem with Nirvana and Kurt Cobain's autographs have always been that there is so many variations and so few documented genuine examples. It wasn't a whole lot of people that was out collecting the autographs from the members of Nirvana while they were active. I only know about a handful of people that actually met Kurt Cobain. So this make this to a big guessing game. Sometimes you are right and sometimes you are wrong.

At least I was lucky to meet the band and get a few records signed by the band that I know is 100% genuine.

hi Bjarne If you havnt posted the original autographs you obtained please go ahead id be interested to have a look. thanks

I have them on my site here at AML. Feel free to take a look.

That is really sweet! I wish i could have met them but I was only 13 or so when they were arround.

And I wish I met Led Zeppelin, but I was only 11 when they was in Sweden the last time. So we always have some bands that we wish that we met.

Hey here is my other set that looks similar to yours Bjorne.......

Yes, they look very close to mine. But I don't like Ioffer. You hardly ever find a genuine autograph there.

Dude I agree Ioffer is terrible but I think I actually bought these when i compared it to yours. I thought they had a fighting chance so I grabbed this one.

The Nirvana autographs that are on Ioffer are all DOA !!!
