Those methods may work on a glossy photo, but not a lithograph. On a lithograph, the marker sinks right into the paper... It doesn't just sit on the surface like a glossy photo.

This site is chock full of Neil Armstrong, John Lennon, Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, Kurt Cobain, John Belushi and Freddie Mercury. While this gentleman will likely never again be put in the same conversation with the likes of them, I can tell you that his signature is far tougher to come by than any of the above.
