One red flag is it came from 

Charity Fundraising Autograph Store

Another is it looks like another Billy Smith Walls of Fame Version..

Two Red Flags you mentioned plus looks like same hand wrote all of them. Stay far away!

Bruce nicely centered. The rest all same smaller size neatly signed all around. Not impossible, but not on this occasion.
