What is up with Substance Collectables - Milton Luban

and like all good threads there are discussions witin discussions but this sub-discussion came up on a dealer Milton Lubin & http://www.substancecollectables.com/boxing_hall_of_fame___1
It appears that in 2003 although the Lubans were properly served but they failed to answer the complaint.

On 17 May 2012 the guys who were building a file heard the following news : He received a letter from the lawyers of Prince Marketing and Super Star Greetings today. Telling him to remove all items and images of Joe Frazier, Micky Ward, Roy Jones Jr, Hulk Hogan, Chuck Zito, Vinnie Paz and the Super Star Greetings logo. This guy is total scum and is getting what he deserves.

I wont pu the photos yet I will leave them as aces in our hands till we have too but I believe there is enough here to make your minds up if this is true or not.

Recently I received some photos that appear to have been photoshopped and were alleged to be used by Milton Lubin to promote his product offerings. The one on the left is what has been alledged as the real one while the one on the right has been alledged as fake ones that were used as "proof" pictures.

Since I have no dogs in this fight and Milton Lubin is an AML member here as was pointed out in the intial thread above, it would be pertinent to have some feedback on these claims and allegations.

Sorry for my anger on this website. But when i was a child i got a mickey mantle baseball, I would have been crushed to find out it was a fake. But there are people out there that do rip people off. This man somehow got my name, when this website is the only place i have posted publicly. Thats why he didnt have my full name.

Brad. Sorry you got ripped off but like I said in the other thread I don't think it was Milton. The only reason he would have told you on the phone that it was him was to piss you off because you mentioned eBay. So you are aware if you missed it in this thread he is banned for life from selling on eBay and when he opens a new account it is closed. He hasn't tried to open an account under his name for God knows how long. When he opens them they are under a different name and don't last long. the guy that ripped you off had s feedback if 180 and I can tell you this much if it was Milton it would have been closed down before then

Milton likes to toy around with new members. The older members have learned all of his tricks only by being kind and asking Milton, in a forum, questions about the proven fakes he has sold and the ebay sellers he hides behind so he can sell. The new member is Miltons only enjoyment. Although Milton was officially banned from here he still had a friend to stay tuned in so he could feed off us spending our time talking about Milton, good or bad. The members that Milton has established as above level informed he ignores because Milton can't handle being put in his place. Milton is not a smart man. Most thieves aren't. He has managed to evade 'jail' so far but he is digging his own hole slowly but surely. He just has no idea to how deep.

You guys must all be children? Let's see who the first child is who responds to this question? Why don't i see any intelligent remarks against the seller Coaches Corner located in PA. I have been collecting for probably longer than most of you kids are living!!!! They sell 80-90% questionable items at best yet i do not see any nasty remarks against them?? If you guys want to talk serious then lets talk? If i get the childish remarks then i will not respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Read back and you will find information about Coaches Corner. Your presumptuous comment about how much greater you than anyone else is of no interest to anyone, in my opinion. You have no idea who we are. Why change this forum away from its title that any 5 year old can read which is "What is up with Substance Collectibles ". We will stay on that subject in this forum as that is why it was started and we will continue to post facts about the dealings within Miltons business practices. Are you trying to steer this forum away from Milton.........you........the one and only greatest collector of all time. This you won't change. Posts like yours just makes us increase our desire to dig up more on Milton and continue to try and get Milton on here at a given day and time to defend the accusations against him by answering questions about what has been posted and have it headed up by one of this forums leaders. Milton, come forth like a man and face your peers.
