I purchasef an autographed album from a gentlemen who purchased it from gallery 329 I called them they garunteed it was sold there and it is authentic on their advise I purchased it .since then it failed authentication it is a fake they refuse to refund my money it has COA I am filing a class action lawsuit to stop them from stealing innocent peoples hard earned money anyone who has been ripped off by gallery 329 please contact me at babyjojodylan@gmail.com so I can include you in lawsuit. Hi Mary Jo, I just found out my signed Nirvana poster has been deemed fake, but by Vintage 429 before they moved next store. They said they will not honor the COA guarantee even though they are still owned by the same people. I can at least file a letter of complaint but I feel it will not get anywhere since the store technically is gone.
