So, I'm a big collector & one autograph I've always wanted in my collection is President John F Kennedy. Are anyone familiar with his signature? This letter was typed before he become the President of the United States & signed at the bottom with a nice full signature. It has been authenticated by PSA DNA, but for anyone reading this, what are your opinions? Thank you.
It really would help a lot if you had a nice big picture of the letter rather than the LOA. However, from what I can see, the signature does appear authentic to me. JFK had many different signature styles. You could put two authentic JFK's side-by-side, and many times they would look nothing alike. I've been studying his signature a lot over the last eight months, and this one looks authentic from what I can tell.
Yes, it's definitely authentic. By the late 1950s, probably most of his Senate letters were autopen. But, this is an authentic signature from 1955. Also, I might add, this is one of the most legible, authentic JFK full signatures you will see. Here he actually makes a "normal" looking "K". Very nice signature!
