Would appreciate opinions on authenticity of this piece with Harrison Ford, Sean Connery, Steven Speilberg

I would appreciate opinions on the authenticity of the signatures on this hat.  It's an "Indiana Jones" style hat with autographs from: Harrison Ford, Steven Speilberg and Sean Connery.

Hat was purchased in '99 from Scala's Ltd. with a COA.

Thank you

Jim

Looks like someone found a cheap old hat and scribbled some signatures on it.

Thanks for the opinion - the hat was purchased in '99 from Scala's Ltd.  How can I have it authenticated?

Unfortunately, you can't. The signatures are so bad that I am doubting that the material making up the hat itself is even real.

Any authentication company you choose, will take your money and send you a fail letter. I can't even imagine a world where GA, GAI or JSA would put a letter with that item.

My advice would be to find the Scala's LTD paperwork and request a refund.

Thanks for the info.  Since I'm new to collecting I was curious about the hat - I did notice both Ford and Speilberg's signatures can be very messy.  However, I did find this Speilberg pic online and it does resemble the one on the hat

I am sure that PSA DNA will be happy to receive your check.

But in all seriousness, the 30-40 pieces I have signed by Spielberg & Connery as well as the 150 or so items I have signed by Ford tell me that you will be getting a rejection letter, and authentication companies don't refund the amount paid for their opinion.

Or you can get out of it now, and return the item to the seller on ebay that just took your $182.50 or $192.50 with shipping.

Thanks Pete!  I appreciate your honesty.
