Definitely No to the second one on green background. Not sure on the first, but if pushed, I would say this might be ok.

They both look bad !! Look at that hook in the B in Bob!!!!
And the loops in the Ys in Dylan look
Off he does not generally cross the over !!

I always laugh at this guy, he always signs "Bob" just like he meant to sign "Babe" Ruth...
