Congrats on a nice Lennon item Paul...

Thanks again Jim.

Hi Paul H, congratulations on your bargain.

If your friend named his price he is his own worst enemy, though bargaining him down from there was a tad rich in my humble opinion. I presume he was not a very close buddy and you were still not 100% sure about authenticity. I'm not sure I would have kept the real value of such an item from a friend of mine but it is a tricky moral question.

You seem to have been making a habit of netting bargains lately. To make the rest of us feel somewhat better about our less successful investments, have you also made any autograph-buying howlers in recent years? A strange question I know.

I bargained him down 150 because I didn't know it was real at that point.I was taking the risk.after I found out it was real wasn't going to offer him the moey back.
Lately I have been getting a bunch of bargains.I have many howlers.believe me ,I've way overpaid on many items to a point of embarrassment.it is pretty much equalling out at this point.
Not a strange question.
I think we all have way overpaid on items.I can think of at least 3 or 4 where I've lost my head .to a point that I just had to have it..
He did set the price.he was better off asking me to make him an offer.but he didnt.
I got the picture last night and it's really a nice pieces.the sigs are very bold and clean.
Thanks for the congrats .

Paul, I'm sure he was quite satisfied and happy to get the money. Some people are not into this like us hard core collectors. Knowledge always seems to cost us more money!

He was very happy.sometimes ignorance is bliss.
Youre right ....our knowledge is sometimes our worst enemy.
Thx again Jim!!!

Hmm

Have you made sure it's not a print ? I've seen this one before.
Do you happen to remember where Beatleworld? And has it only been seen once before?
No problems with pic.definitely ink on paper.it's the first thing I checked.not a printed sig.
Apparently Lisa was one of Johns housekeepers at one point.
My friend became friends with Lisa years ago and she sold the picture to him .
That's what he said anyway.
I've also never seen this one anywhere.
