1792 Historical Document with John Hancock Print and John Avery Signature

The ink looks too bright and bold to be authentic to me. Thoughts?

The image is heavily degraded and not sharp, so hard to reliably analyze. The brightness and contrast could have been enhanced, too, and the color appears to be inaccurate, too.
