Thanks Steve, you made your point. I will request a refund. Thank you to everyone for your help.

Steve, The seller seen our conversation on this site, she contacted me and said she will give me a refund, she apologized, thought it was authentic. I got to give her credit on acting on this situation.

Let me say Jake that I am glad this has ended in a positive way for you...

I am the not-so-proud owner of a Hans Bakker forgery...bought it maybe 12 years ago on eBay out of Germany. I wasn't as learned as I am now. I keep in around the house to remind myself to be careful and to be cautious. 5 hundred dollars spent was a lesson well remembered...

Thanks Don.  i was sure that it was authentic, lesson learned, and also thanks to Ballroom for his research.

Great news, Jake. I'm glad to read that you'll be receiving a refund.

Very interesting what I have a read so far.. looking forward to reading more later today.

Great job Ballroom!

Mark

Just found in my files a similar

Not even close.

I know, I did it! It's only to show that such a Consola-letter you can add to every selfwritten fake and therefore worthless.

Mr. Mehl, Are you stating that i forged a fake Consola letter? or are making a statement that people will forge a fake letter along with their fake item?

Did I ? No! Such a letter without showing the autograph you can add to every similar faked autograph. Hope you know what I mean. That's all.
