Signed 37 years ago at appox. 5 pm on Monday...December 8, 1980 in front of The Dakota. At 10:50 pm...he was shot....

We have this on display at our traveling Beatles memorabilia exhibit,"Magical History Tour". The first time I held it...it was a feeling that I had never experienced before. It's at the end of the memorabilia exhibit...and it gets a lot of different responses....but...it is part of The Beatles story...

I won't deny, i have a morbid curiousity with that record. It has fascinated since I first read the whole story, saw the documentaries, etc... The picture of John signing earlier in the day and what came is such tragedy that is unspeakable. 

I would love to see it in person someday, and honestly if I were to win the lottery some day it would be in my top five holy grail pieces I would want to own simply because of the history. 

History is part of the reason that I even collect, autographs and records. Such emotion behind just this one piece alone.
