75-6 Padres ball Smith, Winfield, Fingers and Perry

Hi Guys,
I bought this ball at auction and was just wondering about your opinions on the authenticity of the signatures. Also, do you think this ball has been shellacked? It is oddly shiny.

the ball in the photos is not hand-signed, it is a souvenir ball that is normally purchased at the ballpark.  The signatures are stamped. The ball is not shellacked, it is on a non-official ball, thus the shine is the actual synthetic material of the ball.
