Nice! You don't see these every day. You should visit this link. The copy of that album that I also have is signed by Bon in the same place by his picture. What's interesting is that this one is signed by Phil Rudd, who hates to sign, which is why mine is signed by all but him.

Yes, this is real. I wonder if the record is signed by all five members of AC/DC or only these three?

It is signed by Bon, Angus, Malcolm and Phil. No Cliff unfortunately , but I'll take Phil since that one is harder to obtain. Bon's signature is awesome
