Record is a clear no from my side. The hat maybe legit but I doubt this is fetching more then 50$. As long it's not sports I wouldn't touch any signed cloth (Jersey). For example in Formula 1 if you have a Michael Schumacher on a photo is is worth 120$ up signed hats from fans you get for 30$. A fully signed Aersomith LP is starting from 250 upward as it much more collectible
