This seems close to other graphs I have seen. I would not say 100% for sure, but I think there is a reasonable chance on it being authentic. I have seen a couple variants on Albert's graph. As an example, on some he connected the "C" in Collins to the "o" and in others he does not. The first name signature looks solid. I would suggest running it past Roger Epperson for a quick opinion, but my guess is is that it is good.
