There's no way to tell with a photo like that. Large, sharp, fairly straight on images are what's needed.

Bulls*** he is trying to scam you by sending as bad pictures as possible. We have 2019 and about 85% of all people have smart phones with good cameras so if he claims he can't send better pictures he is either stupid, lazy or a scammer. As he is trying to sell a multi 100$ item I bet it is the last.

About the graph I don't like the y in Amy that should be a give away.

true that! I asked him again and yes the y looks a bit strange but I have seen 07 winenosues with the same y... Lets see if he sends a better one
