Hi, some help would appreciated.  Originally I was thrilled with this amy, but when I carefully looked at the sig on the jewel case without the inlay I because unsure.  With ebay deadline approaching Roger gave it the thumbs down!  I  wasn't even sure if I was time to open a case on ebay but a rep said there was just enough time so she helped me open one.  I do not know how best to proceed with the seller who is saying that the provenance makes it genuine and also he is waiting for more details from roger about why it is non authentic so I don't really know what to write or how best to take this further in the ebay case.  The provenance in question is a genuine signed compliment slip from amys old management company  to a  children's school informing them that they were enclosing a signed amy cd for their school charity and a little note from the school saying that all items from the fair were genuine and had been obtained from the star or from someone close to them.  sorry for this novel   on a Friday.....

Sorry Michelle, but I don't like it either.

Even if the seller has a signed comps slip from the management company, it doesn't suggest it is relating to this actual CD.

I sincerely hope you get your money back.

I have two signed CDs and a signed album page, all in-person if you are interested.

Sincerely, Richard.

thanks; -   I need though to get my money back first as I am worried that I may lose the case because of the  seller linking the 2 bits of provenance to authenticity altho it doesn't say that amy signed it herself; - and I cant think how to break the provenance  for the moment.  What is it that you don't like about the sig pl as I cant think straight anymore?
