Andy warhol signed interview mag! Authentic?

I believe this magazine was bought on auction sight liveauctioneers and is now being sold somewhere else. I wonder what you guys thought and any info on Warhols signing habits. Did he sign a lot of these mags?

It looks authentic to me. It does appear that he signed a lot of copies of "Interview."
