Another Beatles Question

Ok here's the story. About 30 years ago I went to a yard sale where a woman was selling her daughter's things as she had moved from Cincinnati to Calif and the woman was downsizing and moving to a condo. There were a lot of records and one was a ' HELP ' lp signed all over. The woman told me that her daughter won a radio station contest when the Beatles played here (cincinnati ) in 1966. So I bought the lp for .50 and stashed it away thinking it was just some girls scribbling. I've showed it to a few ' gurus ' who said it was either the real thing or junk. Anybody here that could maybe tell me more ?
