There are members better at Sinatra than me, so we need to hear what they have to say. But I think that yours was signed through the mail by an assistant of Sinatra's. We call those secretarials.
The most telling sign for me is the size of the upper case letters compared to the lower case ones. Frank's upper case letters were tall, but his lower case letters were typically very small, except for lower case letters like B's and L's.
