I haven't really seen Aaron signed baseballs this neat. They apparently come with a hologram from Mounted Memories, but no COA.

Yeah, that looks drastically different than anything I've seen recently.  Could you show a photo of the hologram?

Here you are:

No shot in my opinion. I have never seen an Aaron that looked even close to that one. Probably a good reason there is no Mounted Memories LOA. His current signature is rather shaky but this one just looks way off.

this is not even close to any Aaron I have ever seen

Exactly why I made this. I'm guessing that these are either blatantly fake with fake holograms or holograms taken off other items or that MM had a deal for a set amount of baseballs from Hank and someone else signed them for him.

Steiner and Mounted Memories really need to start using serial numbered holograms.

Yeah, agree with the others...usually I have difficulty with determining real from fake with Aaron has his signature has changed, and it seems no two are alike....but these are obvious fakes to me.

Both Steiner and Mounted Memories have used numbered holograms....Steiner has abandoned this (I think, unless I'm just thinking of game used items, but could have sworn I've seen numbered holograms for autos)..I believe MM currently uses numbered holograms. I have some MM with #

Here's a Walter Payton signed jersey with Steiner #'d hologram...I agree Steiner needs to go back to this...

That looks way off to me. Wonder what Mounted Memories would think of their hologram on it?

Mounted Memories was known for buying their signed items from third parties. Supposedly, a bunch of teens and college aged kids were contracted by the company to be "autograph hounds," and they pocketed the money by signing the balls themselves. I wouldn't trust anything from Mounted for that reason, without seeing it first. As for Steiner, have you ever attempted to remove a Steiner hologram from an item? Also, Steiner, like most companies, only guarantees items purchased directly from them. That's why there's no serial number on the hologram. Your receipt (from Steiner) is a part of your authentication.

Never seen one like this either.

Absolutely terrible Hank Aaron forgery.
