Ok 1st of all mods feel free to delete if conversation is inappropriate about another group so here is what i have to say been on here for a while now and at some point was invited to join the racc group which idid cant remember when of hand jand enjoyed looking what they had to offer and bought a coulpe of items fom there members so as it comes to all us collecters we have to much so decided to put up some hi end items for sale which created a lot of interest and sales now thisis what happened on wed one of the mods messaged with concerns about i could have a false account as i have no profile picture and only had 15 friends? Did i know any autograph hunter in the uk and the only one on know is jason thanos but i have never graffed with him not seen him for about three years and it was only on nodding terms sat best fast forward to thursday had a seller waiting to buy messaged same mod asking can i proceed yes was the answer i explained to what what was happening and he said he would rather buy via ebay ok listed it he bought it has not payed for it as yet then i found i had been removed from racc now i know its a busy weekend in usa and have messaged the moderator and am extremely dissopointed to date i have had no reply so any ideas from aynone would be i great help to me as i cant understand what s going on i like to think im one of the good guys regarding buying and selling of autographs and in this situation i feel unfairly treated by racc alan

I'm, glad it worked out for you Alan. I think what happened to you was probably all a mistake/mixup. I think both sites can work out just fine. I am not a fan of all the sellers on RAAC but I just deal with whom Ive found out I can trust. Ive made some good connections and friends (as much as a stranger on the internet could be,same as here). Ive gotten some good deals by making offers and guys with Ebay stores give quite the discount when dealing away from there. Justin Poplowski, I don't know if he is here,is one for example,Norsob or something to that effect. Many exact proof pics and nicely signed stuff. Highly recommended.

About the Macca: the other signatures I'm familiair with from this seller look good. I think it's a sloppy but real one.

And Paul, you're right RACC is mainly a IP collectors group but that doesn't really bother me.
I bought one of the nicest Springsteen autographs I've seen on there so that alone makes it worth for me :).

I purchased two things from different dealers on racc, one was an lp that i didnt get the whole band myself, so i wanted a set,,it was of some kid on there. Good on him for having a go!
And the blow up they had was really negative!! The other was a signed photo that a dealer organized a private signing with, which i thought was a great idea, but a few weeks later another dealer organized a sign in with the same artist and he was selling them at a fraction of the first dealer and it was on with those two guys. Trusted sellers!!! And the blow up the dealers had was really negative!!

After collecting for a while,,the number of ip dealers that get in your ear and tell you the bloke over the bridge is a shonk,vice versa and that tpa's is total flunk,at the end of the day there all out to make money.

That's true. I never judge without hearing both sides of the story. I have become very cautious and only buy when I'm "100%" sure.

Im sure the new owner of the,Stones set is swearing under his breath now.
As collectors you have enough of the crap.
It's a different story when dealers want to buy graphs of though.
