Any Tom Petty Experts who can give me their Opinion on this signed album?

What do you guys think?  I can't seem to nail down a consistent Petty signature.

Thanks.  I have looked up Petty signatures authenticated by PSA and JSA, and there seem to be so many variations.  Really hard to find the consistency.
