Anyone dealt with eBay seller raretracks before? Music Autographs

Interested in a couple items from eBay seller raretracks that look totally legit to me, but just was wondering if anyone has dealt with them before, or what the consensus was on them. They have tons of signed Music stuff:

The prices are ridiculous. 2 grand for an Adele signed album? They can be obtained for 300 bucks.

Hello, my name is Corey and I work for Rob at raretracks. I was standing with him when he got Adele to sign 7 vinyls, 2 rolling stones, 2 11x14's between 4 of us. 4 of the vinyls have sold for $1200 and up. This is of course was before she announced her current tour and didn't get hit up in New York. While she was signing "A little" during the start of the tour, she has since shut it down and is in a protective security bubble. Tracks always receives top dollar for items like this. He is one of the most trusted Autograph dealers in the world. He's very private and would probably flip if he knew I was replying to this but he's the real deal. His clientele ranges for millionaires to the bottom end of the work force. I hope you snatched those Adeles up for $300. The market has thinned once again. I would say 90% of the Adele Signatures are fake that are currently listed on eBay. Cheers and thank you for any interest in Raretracks.

Raretracks seem okay, some of their stock they get from promotional items that bands are selling on their site. I've seen a couple of their No Doubt, Cherie Currie, and Tegan and Sara signed stuff is completely fine.
