Apollo 11 Crew Signature Value

I have a copy of the First Lunar Landing as told by the Astronauts. The booklet is signed by Armstrong, Aldrin, and Collins. I'd like to know people's thoughts on the potential value of this piece. I've seen a similar signed booklet selling for approx. $16,000 which seems way too high. Thanks.
