Are these Babe Ruth, Gehrig, Presidential, Monroe, etc...autographs real?

I was looking through some older autograph offerings from a known dealer and I saw a few autographs listed from stars and celebs that have been talked about here. So, It made me wonder, are these items that were sold in the past real?

Here are the scans.

I'm kinda worried about the extent of the restoration but think it is a one of a kind item that depicts one of the greatest moments in baseball history!
By the way. The Presidents item says signed by "Herbert Hoover and Dwight Eisenhower .......by John F. Kennedy. A rare 3 Presidents peice signed by 3 successive Presidents"

To point out the obvious , they are not successive (FDR and Truman in between Hoover and Ike)
Its looking more and more like this seller depends on his buyers to either be all around un-educated  or for them to make rash impulsive buys.

In my opinion, the signatures of the 31st President Herbert Hoover, 34th President Dwight D. Eisenhower, and 35th President John Kennedy are forgeries.

Well,  Here is the cover to the catalog and the prices realized for these items.  This catalog is from Oct, 2000, NOT the 1990's. Each item shown came from ONE catalog. I have many more as well. In fact, here is an article about the auction that a simple on-line search provided: http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2000_Oct_3/ai_65687590/  . So, the story of these being early mistakes by the dealer are false!

4 Einstein signed E=MCsquared $832

5- Jim Morrison Album $500

9 Marilyn Photo $4100

12 JFK Eisenhower and Hoover $850

31 Ty Cobb $2200

82 Hendrix $500

105  Armstrong $682

229 Ruth Gehrig $12,600

I believe that the Kennedy autograph shown on this cover has been talked about before by various experts.

This is NOT a "gotcha" game. Instead, it is a serious look at many highly priced items that were sold this decade. The chances of these re-entering the market is very high. Hopefully, These discussions will inform and educate buyers and even dealers.

I am confused though, If others can discuss "mistakes" ( either real or fabricated ) that legit dealers and experts made in the 1980's and 1990's, then why can't we discuss items sold before during or after that too? Are there two sets of rules?

Are there any experts that want to weigh in on the Kennedy autograph on the catalog cover?  I'm no Kennedy expert. Does it match examples still being sold at Coach's Corner?

So, were these items sold and then refunded? If so, was the same true for any bad items in the other catalogs too?
