Spotted this for sale at Amoeba Records in LA last week, and while it was tempting at $15, I passed because I didn't want something personalized to someone else. I did take this brief cell phone shot though to do some comparisons on the net and I can't quite call it whether it's legit or not. Did they even have silver sharpies back in the early 80s?
