Are these Blink 182 Signatures real?

Hi,

I am about to purchase a guitar that the seller says was signed by the members of Blink 182

It does not come with a COA

Attached are photos that the seller has sent me.

What do you think?

If they are real.... after the purchase I plan on getting it properly verified so that I can have a proper COA for it.
