To me, the first one looks like it could be authentic. I matched it to one Roger Epperson has available.

Neither look good to me. Instead of saying the second looks better, I'll say this: The second NAME looks better on both. Forger has the Dylan looking nice, but needs work on his Bob!

I would not buy either for the autographs. I am very cautious on Bob Dylan.
