In my Opinion not Authentic. The third one doesn't look completely wrong, but I don't think it's real either.

  The 'I really like talking to you' part of the dedicated photo looks like it is copied from a note to 'Jane Doe'.  She was another claimant against the MJ Estate, and MJ's notes to her were shared as part of the court papers. (The court case was withdrawn). 

The other part of the photo dedication (I Truly love you) seems to come from a note to fans.

Excellent detective work. 

Right down to the misspelled "realy" and the structure of the phrase.
