This one is real tough, but I'm wondering if it's not a real seceretarial but a forgery of a seceretarial.

The biggest thing I don't like about this one you posted is the way the "z" dips down below the rest of the horizontal line of the signature, which is very common to seceretarial signatures.
The S is unusual, but common to some in person autographs.
"Arnold" overall looks off to me.
I don't like how the "rno" of the first name mimic the "w" of the second name. The dips in the "w" are a little soft to me too.
I'm not quite sure what it is, but I'd stay away.
I don't know his shortened signature well enough to be able to comment.
