Is it good and what's a decent buy price?

Gen but not typical, not the nicest or neatest sig and he should be - double start it seems, incredibly common and should be about $25-$35 but folks charge stupid. I might have one with Trixie - at least that pose is not quite so terribly common. I'd go vintage - you can get a 50's TLS for under $35 if ya look and wait. I'd pass on this - there are "hundreds" on ebay probably. You can afford to be extremely choosy here.
Perfect thx Eric
I posted this hoping/knowing you'd see it. It's offered for $30
I do like the uncommon pose in the sewer man hole haha
There is a nice image of Ed opening a door and extending a hand - I believe it is Ralph's dressing room when he did "that play" for the ladies Aux w/Mr. Faversham, and Norton is popping in to tell Ralph to hurry up because they are all going to the Hong Kong Gardens. Carney did send out amazingly convincing preprints in the early 1950's.
I was just browsing a certain forum and came across this piece for $30 and was amazed it was so cheap. He wasn't on my list of "to buys", but maybe he is now hahaha I loved his character
Wait and look you'll get him for a few dollars. He signed a LOT and was always good TTM for EVERYONE.
Not sure if it still up on eBay but there is postcard 1950's with this image and one of his amazing preprints on the right large margin being sold as hand signed.
