Yes, I believe so. It's an unusual set in that he missed John's signature and signed twice for George.

I believe it was signed by George and then Neil finished the set.

This is currently for sale on eBay as a genuine set(!).

Sent the seller a message and let him know the signatures were done by Neil. Auction is over which is a good thing.

Thanks for doing that. It ended because it supposedly sold for $4,500. That would be expensive even if the signatures were authentic. It's of course possible that the buyer won't complete the sale.
